The RMJ is an Open Access, but what does this mean?
Open Access means that all of our content is available to anyone who wishes to access it. We take pride in the fact that our content is completely free, allowing researchers, healthcare professionals and the public unrestricted access to the most up-to-date research.
How often does The RMJ publish a journal?
Our journal is published twice a year, so there is never too long to wait!
How do I search for content in my specialty area?
To search for content using any specific keyword phrase, you can do so using the search bar in the top right corner of the screen when you are on our website.

Does it cost to submit an article?
We are proud to say that with The RMJ, there are no fees involved in publication and, as an open-access journal; it is free for anyone to read too.
How do I submit an article to The RMJ?
All manuscripts should be submitted through our online submission system, where you will find step by step instructions on how to register for an account and submit your paper.
However, if you have any problems do contact us.Once your paper has been successfully submitted, you will be notified, and it will be allocated a manuscript number which you must keep for any future correspondence.
Is The RMJ peer-reviewed?
All submissions to The RMJ are initially reviewed by the Editorial team. At this stage, papers may be rejected without peer review if they do not meet our guidelines or are not within the scope of the journal. This ensures that authors are given a quick decision if their paper is unsuitable. Papers that are suitable will be sent for peer review to a minimum of two independent reviewers in a double-blinded process. Papers will be selected for publication based on peer review feedback, compliance of the author in making the necessary modifications, and our Editor-in-Chief's discretion. Articles that fail peer review will be rejected.Is The RMJ indexed anywhere?
Our major target is to be indexed in Google Scholar and Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), which we will begin working in the coming months.
Is there a print version of The RMJ?
Yes! The RMJ is currently available as print version also, though we are seriously planning to make our journal available in complete digital format only. This means that you will always have us in your pocket and we will be doing our bit to help the environment.
Can I submit a manuscript that was published elsewhere?
No. Manuscript must be unique and should not be published elsewhere.
